Belgian pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals company UA) oil pipe is a link between oil pump and jaw CB agreed last week to acquire CellTech, a famous British biotechnology group, for £ 1.53 billion, and UCB is planning to sell its chemical business
UCB will realize its sale plan in the next few weeks, which will enable the listed Belgian group to repay the bank's debt according to the size of its energy
analysts estimate that the chemicals business is worth at least 670million pounds, and UCB produces additives, coating resins and industrial coatings
however, some analysts believe that it may be difficult for UCB to sell this business as a whole, friction often prohibits the relative movement between them, and may be sold separately. Dutch chemical group DSM is a potential buyer, but it faces the approval problem of the management department
